The included cast iron dutch oven lid is unique due to its raised lip, which is designed for cooking bread or rolls on top. You may also use the lid as a cast iron griddle. If you have a tripod, you may use the wire handle for hanging. The Bayou Classic 8.5 Quart Camp Dutch Oven w/ Legs measures 11.5” D x 5” H. The reason it is called a “camp” dutch oven is due to its legs. Many of our Scouts or campers like to put it directly in the campfire.
